We don't hand our clients down the chain. Every supplier and subcontractor we engage works under our direct management, and we remain your single point of contact from first visit to final sign-off — across every division, on every site.

That means one set of site standards, one line of reporting and one party responsible for the quality of the work, no matter how many hands are involved in delivering it.

Covering all five divisions

Our supply chain supports everything we deliver — facilities management, utilities, telecoms, construction and fire safety. From planned and reactive maintenance to installations, fit-outs and passive fire protection, the same approach applies: competent people, correct materials and work we are happy to put our name to.

Because the chain is shared across the group, clients with multi-service estates deal with one coordinated supply chain rather than five separate ones.

How we manage it

Suppliers and subcontractors are engaged against consistent expectations covering competence, compliance documentation, insurance and conduct on site. We coordinate programme, access and sign-off, and we keep the paperwork that evidences the work — so your records stay complete and auditable.

Where our fire safety work is concerned, delivery is controlled by our sister company Thornton Fire (thorntonfire.com), whose teams survey, install and remediate passive fire protection across the UK.
